Shipping & Exchange
Shipping
Singapore-wide delivery in 1–3 working days. Free delivery on orders above S$250; S$5 flat rate below S$250.
Self-collection is by appointment only in the Sembawang / North area. We’ll arrange it via WhatsApp; please wait for confirmation before heading down.
Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation. Weekend and public-holiday orders are processed on the next working day.
We currently deliver within Singapore only. Overseas riders are welcome to reach out and we’ll consider requests case by case.
Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging, and free from damage, stains, or odour.
Non-exchangeable items
- Used, washed, or damaged gear
- Base layers, socks, and gloves for hygiene reasons
- Discounted, promotional, or final-sale items
To request an exchange, WhatsApp +65 9848 2139 or DM @gearstudio.sg with your order details, reason, and photos.
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is faulty. Local exchange can be arranged via meet-up.
Received the wrong or a faulty item? Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Gear Studio reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
