🚚 Return & Exchange Policy – Gear Studio

At Gear Studio, we want you to feel confident in your gear. If something doesn’t fit quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    • With tags and packaging intact

    • Free from damage, stains, or odour

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged gear

  • Base layers, socks, and gloves (for hygiene reasons)

  • Discounted, promotional, or final-sale items

🔁 How to Request an Exchange

  1. WhatsApp us at +65 9848 2139 or DM us on Instagram (@gearstudio.sg)

  2. Provide your order number, reason for exchange, and photos if applicable

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the item and process your new size/item

🚚 Return Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • Local exchange can be arranged via meet-up or personal delivery

  • Gear Studio is not responsible for lost return parcels

🛠 Defective or Wrong Item?

If you received a wrong or faulty item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right, fast.
